RONALD M. PROSS, D.M.D, F.A.G.D
Dr. Ronald M. Pross, originally from New York, is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, he spent two years as a Captain in the United States Air Force Dental Corps, serving at MacDill Air Force Base. After completing his tour of duty with the Air Force, he started a private practice. Along with his two partners, Dr. Kanter Dr B. Tindell and Dr M. Tindell, he formed North Pointe Dental Associates. Dedicated to lifelong learning in dentistry, Dr. Pross continues to stay at the top of his field through thousands of hours of continuing education courses. He has finished graduate work at the LD Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education, the Dawson Center, the Align Technology Group and the Geneva Dental Institute of Sacramento. Dr. Pross is a certified Invisalign dentist and is certified in sleep studies. He is also a member of the Seattle Study Club of Tampa, the Tampa Bay Academy of General Dentistry and several other dental organizations. Dr. Pross helps general and cosmetic dentistry Tampa patients improve their smiles through modern treatments such as Invisalign, implants and all porcelain veneers and crowns. In addition, he is focused on his patients’ general health and works to identify and provide treatment to patients who are at risk for sleep apnea. Dr. Pross is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.
RICHARD M. KANTER, D.M.D, F.A.G.D.
Dr. Richard M. Kanter received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1974. After completing his Air Force commitment at MacDill Air Force Base, he began his private practice at North Pointe Dental Associates. Dr. Kanter has attended more than 2000 hours of post-graduate courses to master the art and science of dentistry and to provide the highest quality of care possible to his patients. His areas of particular interest are restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a post-graduate student of the prestigious L. D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education. He is a member of the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and a founding member of the Tampa chapter of the prestigious Seattle Study Club.
Dr. Kanter has been President of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Academy of General Dentistry and President of the Florida Academy of General Dentistry. He is presently serving as an elected Trustee of the national Academy of General Dentistry.
MARC S. TINDELL, D.M.D, F.A.G.D.
Dr. Marc S. Tindell is a 1979 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he earned a Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania. He went on to complete a general dental practice residency at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. This program offered extensive training for dentists to incorporate all the dental specialties, while providing comprehensive care. Dr. Tindell joined the professional association of Drs. Pross and Kanter in 1981.
BARRETT I. TINDELL, D.D.S
Dr. Barrett I. Tindell, a native of Tampa, received his undergraduate education at the University of Florida. ﾠHe went on to attend New York University where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. ﾠDr. Tindell continued his education completing his general practice residency at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey. ﾠThis program utilized a multidisciplinary approach to providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages as well as patients with special needs.
Dr. Tindell is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. ﾠWhen he is not treating his patients, Dr. Tindell enjoys playing sports and spending time with his family including his wife Cristy, his baby daughter Naomi and dog Peyton.
